    Using the Client Portal

    Client Portal

    I use a secure, HIPAA Compliant EMR (electronic medical records) database called SimplePractice. SimplePractice has an online client portal feature that is available to all my active clients free of charge.

    The Client Portal is a secure and easy way for you to schedule, cancel and reschedule your appointments and safely and securely make payments. You can use your computer, tablet, or phone device to log into the portal.

    Each time you click on the Client Portal you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to click on that will log you directly into the client portal. This Instant Sign In process eliminates the need for you to memorize a password, while ensuring the security of your client portal account.

    Online Booking

    Click on Schedule Online Now to schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments. For existing clients you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to the client portal where you will be able to access the online booking calendar and schedule a time that works best for you.

    Cancelation Policy and Rescheduling in the Client Portal

    If you need to cancel your session, please do so 24-hours in advance so that I can waive your fee and have an option to schedule a client who is in need during that time. If you cancel after 24 hours before the appointment or no-show you will be billed for the session time you reserved at the full rate.

    To cancel and reschedule an appointment in the client portal 24 hours beforehand, just click on the Client Portal button below and you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to click on that will log you directly into the client portal. You will then be able to access the online booking calendar and reschedule at a time that works best for you.

    If you have an emergency on the day, please message me as soon as possible to see if I can offer an alternative time. If you were scheduled to see me in person, we can always switch to a video conferencing if that would be more convenient on the day.

    Making Payments and Accessing Your Billing Statements

    You may access the client portal to make secure payments on any past due fees and access your billing statements. To make a secure payment or access your billing statements, simply click on the Client Portal button below and you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to click on that will log you directly into the client portal. You will then be able to access the client portal to make a payment or access your billing statements.
