I use a secure Online Payments system which offers you an easy way to process all major credit, debit, FSA, and HSA cards.
When you register as a new client in the secure Client Portal, the system will automatically prompt you to add your bank card details. You will then be automatically enrolled in AutoPay which is an easy and secure way for you to pay fees without having to get your bank card out every time you see me and have to deal with the hassle of using card readers or terminals. With AutoPay, after every session, the bank card stored on file will be automatically charged overnight for the full invoiced balance due for that session.
Making Payments and Accessing Your Billing Statements in the Client Portal
If for some reason you prefer not to use AutoPay you can opt out of this service. Instead of using AutoPay, when you receive an automated invoice you may access the client portal to make a secure payment. To make a secure payment, simply click on the Client Portal button below and you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign-In link to click on that will log you directly into the client portal. You will then be able to access the client poral and make a secure payment.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please do so 24-hours in advance so that I can waive your fee and have an option to schedule a client who is in need during that time. If you cancel after 24 hours before the appointment or no-show you will be billed for the session time you reserved at the full rate.
To cancel and reschedule an appointment in the client portal 24 hours beforehand, just click on the Client Portal button below and you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to click on that will log you directly into the client portal. You will then be able to access the online booking calendar and reschedule at a time that works best for you.
If you have an emergency on the day, please message me as soon as possible to see if I can offer an alternative time. If you were scheduled to see me in person, we can always switch to a video conferencing if that would be more convenient on the day.
