SimplePractice provides an easy-to-use online Client Portal, available at no additional cost to all my active clients, making it convenient for you to manage your care.

A Secure and Streamlined Login Process
To access the Client Portal, you’ll simply enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll then receive an email with an Instant Sign-In Link that logs you in directly—no passwords to remember! This method prioritizes both your convenience and the security of your sensitive information.

Easy Online Booking with the Client Portal
Click on Schedule Online Now to schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments. For existing clients you will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. You will then be sent an email that contains an Instant Sign In link to the client portal where you will be able to access the online booking calendar and schedule a time that works best for you.
Cancelation Policy and Rescheduling in the Client Portal
Life happens, and plans can change, but I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Providing this advance notice allows me to waive your session fee and open the time slot to another client in need. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Managing your appointments is simple through the Client Portal:
- Click the Client Portal button below.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for an email containing an Instant Sign-In link.
- Click the link to log in directly and access the online booking calendar.
- From there, you can easily cancel or reschedule your session to a time that works better for you.
Day-of Emergencies
If something urgent arises on the day of your appointment, please message me as soon as possible. Depending on availability, I may be able to accommodate a rescheduled time or switch your in-person session to a video conferencing option for added flexibility.
